By inviting, installing, or using LUNA (the “Bot”) in your Discord server, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

1. Description of the Service

LUNA is a Discord application designed to provide fun, utility, and moderation features. Current commands include, but are not limited to:

🐱 Serve

• /cat-gif – Serves a random cat GIF.
• /cat-fact – Delivers a random cat fact.
• /coffee – Serves a freshly brewed virtual coffee.

🛡️ Moderation (Administrator Only)

• /kick – Kicks a selected member from the server.
• /prune – Deletes up to 99 unpinned messages newer than two weeks.

🎉 Fun

• /pat – Pats a selected member with a heart.
• /ping – Responds with a playful Pong.

🧰 Utility

• /menu – Displays LUNA’s list of commands.
• /info – Shows information about a user or the server.
• /credits – Displays contributors who help keep LUNA running.

Commands and features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

2. Eligibility & Proper Use

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using LUNA.
You may not use the Bot for illegal activities, harassment, abuse, spam, or any behavior that violates Discord policies or applicable laws.
Administrator-only commands must only be used by users with the appropriate Discord permissions.
You are responsible for how LUNA is used in your server.

3. Moderation Disclaimer

LUNA provides moderation tools, but the responsibility for moderation decisions remains with server administrators. The Bot is not liable for:

• Incorrect or accidental use of moderation commands
• Loss of messages, users, or server data caused by command usage

4. Data & Privacy

LUNA may process limited Discord data (such as user IDs, server IDs, usernames, or message metadata) only as required to perform its commands. No data is sold or shared with third parties. No attempt is made to collect sensitive personal information. Data may be stored temporarily for functionality or debugging purposes. 5. Availability & Changes

LUNA is provided “as is” and “as available.” There is no guarantee of uptime, bug-free operation, or continuous availability. The developer reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of LUNA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot. Use LUNA at your own risk — though she does her best to behave 🐱

7. Termination

The developer reserves the right to:

• Restrict or revoke access to LUNA for any server or user who violates these Terms
• Remove LUNA from servers at their discretion

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of LUNA after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
